A week and a half before the challenge begins and I’ve started thinking about meals I might want to make. How about you?
I realized that I planned this for five weeks instead of four weeks and that gave me an idea for a little extra twist I plan taking on during this challenge. It goes like this:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
- cocktail (!)
- Dessert
The challenge is only one meal per week so each week I’ll focus making a meal reflecting a specific meal of the day (including everyone’s favorite: the liquid meal)
