Today started off with one of these
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 small apple
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 handful lettuce
- 1 small handful blueberries
- ice cubes
- small handful of homemade granola
Then I headed off to find this
Where I considered buying this
But instead picked up these
