Nearly every morning for the past 2 weeks I’ve taken an early morning walk. Part exercise, part meditation it’s been the largest contributor to a general improvement in my stress/anxiety level. Dealing with my anxiety is still a work in progress, but this has been helping
What helps the most is that at the end of every walk I take a seat on the rocks, slow down my breathing and enjoy the view from my front yard
